We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired, God breathed, and without
error in the original manuscripts, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and that it
has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.

We believe that there is one living and true God, eternally existing in three Persons; that
these are equal in every divine perfection, and that they execute distinct but harmonious

We believe in God the Father, an infinite, personal being, perfect in holiness, wisdom,
power and love. We believe that He infallibly foreknows all that shall come to pass, that He
concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men, that He hears and answers prayer, and
that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.

We believe in Jesus Christ, God’s unique and eternal Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We
believe in His pre-eminence, virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, and teachings. We believe
in His substitutionary atoning death, bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual
intercession for His people, and personal visible return to earth.

We believe in the Holy Spirit who was sent from the Father and Son to convict the world of
sin, righteousness, and judgment, and to regenerate, sanctify, and empower all who
believe in Jesus Christ. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Christ, and
that He is an abiding helper, teacher and guide.

We believe that man was created by God in His own image; that he sinned and thereby
incurred physical, spiritual, and eternal death, which is separation from God.
Consequently, all human beings are born with a sinful nature and are sinners, and
therefore under just condemnation and unable to save themselves. We believe that
salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. Those who put their trust in the
Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour and Lord, are regenerated by God (born again)
through the Holy Spirit, and become new creatures in Christ, are delivered from
condemnation, justified by faith, and receive eternal life.

We believe in the universal church, a living spiritual body of which Christ is the head and all
regenerated persons are members. We believe in the local church, led by biblically
qualified male elders, consisting of a company of believers in Jesus Christ, baptized on a
credible profession of faith, and associated for worship, ministry, and fellowship. We
believe that God has laid upon the local church the primary task of giving the gospel of
Jesus Christ to a lost world.

We believe that a Christian should live for the glory of God and the well-being of his fellow
men; that his conduct should be blameless before the world; that he should be a faithful
steward of his possessions; and that he should seek to realize for himself and others the
full stature of maturity in Christ.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ has committed two ordinances to the local church,
baptism and the Lord’s Supper. We believe that Christian baptism is the immersion of a
believer in water into the name of the triune God. We believe that the Lord’s Supper was
instituted by Christ for commemoration of His death. We believe that these two
ordinances should be observed and administered until the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that every human being has direct and personal access to God and is
responsible to God alone in all matters of faith. We believe we must obey God over man
and biblical authority over cultural or government pressure. Therefore, Church and State
must be kept separate as having different functions, each fulfilling its duties free from
dictation or patronage of the other.

12:17 - Sanctity of Life
We affirm the sanctity of human life is rooted in the biblical truth that God creates every
person in His own image, imparting dignity, value, and purpose to humanity unlike any
other creation. Scripture affirms God’s intimate involvement in forming life in the womb.
He knits us together, knows us personally before forming us in the womb, and views the
pre-born as fully human. Because human life reflects God’s likeness from conception
through all stages to natural death, it is sacred and must be protected, prohibiting the
unjust taking of life while calling believers to honor, defend, and value every individual as
God’s handiwork, extending to the vulnerable, the aged, and all made in His image.

We believe the sanctity of marriage is defined by God as the lifelong, covenantal union of
one man and one woman, established at creation as the foundational human relationship
reflecting God’s design for complementarity, companionship, procreation, and ultimately
the profound mystery of Christ’s union with His Church. God created humanity male and
female in His image, declared it not good for man to be alone, and fashioned woman as a
suitable helper, instituting marriage so that a man shall leave his father and mother, hold
fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. This exclusive, heterosexual union is
further pictured in the New Testament as a living parable of Christ’s sacrificial love for the
Church, where the husband represents Christ and the wife the Church in a monogamous,
faithful bond. Therefore, marriage is sacred, honorable, and to be kept undefiled, with
sexual intimacy reserved exclusively within this God-ordained union between one man and
one woman.

God intentionally created humanity as male and female only, with no third gender or
spectrum as part of His good and unchanging design in creation. God created mankind in
His own image, “male and female He created them”, establishing this complementary
distinction as essential to reflecting God’s image, exercising dominion, and fulfilling the
mandate to be fruitful and multiply. Thus, gender is not a social construct or personal
choice but a divine gift and reality rooted in God’s purposeful creation of two
sexes/genders being male and female only.

We believe in the personal and visible return of the Lord Jesus Christ and the
establishment of His kingdom. We believe in the resurrection of the body, the final
judgement, the eternal joy of the righteous in Heaven and the endless suffering of the
wicked in hell.
